Skarr Sydney was established in the early nineteen nineties to meet and fill a niche market within the evening bridal and couture areas. Rhienola recognised an opportunity to close the gap between the off rack and couture at Skarr by offering the client the opportunity to participate in the design and construction of their gowns.

An exciting experience for any prospective client is the offer to be able to select a silhouette or style from the Skarr core collection and be able to personalise it to suit the need, the occasion and of course the dream. With the use of opulent silks in flowing chiffons and georgette's to the heavy silks satins as well as the light weight more structured Dupion's, this sealed the couture end at an affordable price point, individual designs are also welcome at an additional cost.

Rheinola has a retail and design background dating back 30 years and is extremely passionate about delivering the ultimate in customer service, garment construction and repeat business.

Skarr has grown over the past eight years from it's original location in Neutral Bay to an additional 750 sq, free standing bridal and couture studio located in Crows Nest NSW.

The core of the Skarr growth and development area over the past 5 years has most certainly been the establishment of the free standing cutting and garment construction studio also located within the Crows Nest area.

Rheinola has sourced and appointed a highly skilled team for the couture production end of the business to cut, make and trim these exquisite gowns.

Ensuring that these amazing gowns remain Australian made, only 35% to 40% of the Bridal and cocktail gowns are purchased in from overseas. The couture end is totally Australian made.

Over the past eight years Skarr has been nominated five times for MOST OUTSTANDING small business award on the North shore and has won it on three separate occasions.
